1. Service Description & Subscriptions

webEmailHub provides a multi-account email aggregation and webmail platform. We offer:

• Free Plan: Allows up to 5 connected mailboxes free forever.
• Starter Plan: Allows up to 15 connected mailboxes.
• Pro Plan: Allows up to 100 connected mailboxes.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use webEmailHub for:

• Sending unsolicited bulk communications (SPAM), phishing campaigns, or fraudulent emails.
• Transmitting malicious software, viruses, or unlawful content.
• Attempting to bypass security mechanisms or mailbox quota limits.

3. Account & Password Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Vasumu Services is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from weak user passwords.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of webEmailHub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
