1. Information We Collect

To provide our multi-account webmail management services, we collect:

• Account Registration Data: Your name, email address, and encrypted account password.
• Mailbox Credentials & OAuth Tokens: Refresh tokens for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, or IMAP/SMTP passwords for custom mailboxes. All credentials are strictly encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
• Email Cache Data: Recent message headers, HTML bodies, and attachment metadata necessary to render your unified inbox and perform search queries.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information exclusively to:

• Fetch, render, and organize your emails across your connected mailboxes.
• Enable instant search, reply, compose, and forwarding functionality.
• Enforce subscription limits (Free 5-mailbox cap, Starter, and Pro tier quotas).
• Maintain system security and prevent unauthorized access.

3. Data Security & Encryption

All sensitive data, including OAuth tokens and server passcodes, are encrypted at rest using Laravel's cryptographic AES-256 ciphers. All data in transit is protected via TLS/SSL standard encryption.

4. User Rights & Data Deletion

You retain complete ownership of your data. You may disconnect any mailbox at any time, which purges all associated token data and cached emails from our database immediately. You may also request account deletion under the Profile settings.
